Graduate Introduction - Park Plaza Westminster Bridge

The Brief – Put together a conference type event to welcome new starters to our client’s company. We had to find a space suitable for 700 guests in a theatre style set up, with a separate space for lunch and refreshments.

The Venue – Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

The Event – For this event we provided all AV, production and event management from the offset and throughout. We love the challenge of putting together events of this size and thoroughly enjoyed putting this one together. As the guests arrived, we welcomed them with a networking lunch whilst also helping with registration and badges. Midway through the event we then had an afternoon tea break complete with cake pops and biscuits! Concluding the conference, we offered guests a glass of champagne and a final chance to network with their new colleagues.
