Corporate Party - The Londoner

The Brief – To find a beautiful space large enough to fit 400 guests for a sit-down meal, drinks, and a disco. This client had delayed their Christmas party the previous year due to covid, so wanted an amazing party to make up for it!

The Venue – The Londoner, Leicester Square

The Party – We welcomed guests through the private entrance of the hotel, down the bronze staircase and into the pre-function area. Greeting them with unlimited sparkling wine, background music and even a photobooth to get those pre-party photos. After a short time we then opened the doors to the main ballroom where we had 37 tables waiting for our guests, complete with festive table centres and personalised stationary. The lighting at The Londoner is second to none, so we had our talented lighting technicians link up to the in-house lighting and create some impressive lighting designs for our client too. Once the delicious meal was done, the party music started and everyone got up on their feet to have a boogie for the rest of the evening.
