The Brief
Deliver a two-day induction event for BDO’s 600 new starters, this time hosted at the iconic Wembley Stadium.

The Event
Uptown Events delivered a seamless, large-scale induction experience designed to welcome and engage BDO’s newest cohort. The two-day programme included a full-day conference, hotel accommodation coordination for over 300 attendees, a drinks reception, and an informal dinner complete with entertainment.

To support the attendee journey, we designed a bespoke event map and provided tailored goody bags for all participants. We also handled catering, venue management, AV production, and on-site logistics, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

This event has been part of our calendar for several years. What began as a smaller-scale induction has now grown into an event so large it requires a stadium setting—an incredible reflection of BDO’s rapid growth. We’re proud to continue supporting them on this exciting journey.
