The Brief
To transform The Londoner into a vibrant nightclub setting for a Bar Mitzvah celebration.

The Event
The Londoner provided the ideal backdrop for this event- a versatile, blank canvas that allowed us to craft an immersive nightclub experience. We brought a festival-inspired atmosphere to life with a raised DJ booth framed by raw truss, a sleek black dance floor, and a striking animated sign featuring the Bar Mitzvah boy’s name in electric blue. Two stylish bars flanked the DJ booth, keeping energy levels high and guests dancing throughout the night.

For the tables they were dressed in elegant black linen, accented with pops of neon blue and yellow. The true showstoppers were the dazzling disco ball centre pieces, which immediately captured guests’ attention and added a touch of unique glamour.
Lighting played a key role in setting the mood. Bright, dynamic spotlights, starting in blue and red evolved as the night progressed, enhancing the club-like ambiance. A gentle haze filled the room, amplifying the feeling of being in a bustling, high-energy venue.

To ensure younger guests had an equally enjoyable experience, a dedicated kids’ area was created. Consisting of soft black seating and two vibrant food stalls, it allowed children to relax, eat, and have fun without the formality of a seated dinner ,while still being part of the celebration.
