The Brief
Our client required a comprehensive, high-level event for international investors, held over two days in the heart of Paris. The program included a series of investor meetings, a main plenary session, a bespoke registration website and mobile app, a gala dinner, an asset tour, and a closing dinner.

The Event
Uptown Events delivered a full 360° service—managing every element from initial concept through to on-site execution. This prestigious event presented significant logistical challenges due to the multiple venues, numerous breakout sessions, and bespoke agendas for each attendee.

In the lead-up, we developed a custom registration website to streamline attendee onboarding and information collection. We also designed a mobile app tailored to the event, providing personalised session reminders, speaker bios, key event details, Wi-Fi access, sustainability reports, and presentation materials.

For the gala dinner, held in the iconic Opéra Garnier, we oversaw the full creative direction—from décor and catering to custom table planning software that allowed the client real-time flexibility right up until the event. We also managed venue tours, table design, and all visual branding, including digital assets and signage across all locations.

Our in-house design team created all event branding, including logos and on-screen visuals, ensuring a consistent and high-impact visual identity throughout.
