Party atmosphere – stand up canapés or formal sit down dinner?

Catering – In house or external Kosher caterer?

Book your venue

Book in your DJ or Band

SIX MONTHS TO ONE YEAR PRIOR

Begin looking at clothing for mum and dad (your children’s outfits can wait until nearer the time as children grow so quickly!)

Select photographer and videographer from our recommendations

Think about any other entertainment (dancers, photo booths, magicians, singers etc.) you may be interested in – some need to be booked in earlier than others!

Decide on a theme or colour scheme

TIP!Send out save the date emails 6-10 months before.

Prepare and finalise guest list

Choose and order invitations and printing from our recommended companies

TIP!Tell Novelties Direct you have booked with us and they will deliver all of your novelties to our office one week prior to your event. We will unwrap and bring them to your party, so that you don’t have to worry about them! Remember less is more.
